Something we need to keep in mind…

Some caveats I think we all need to keep in mind (and it is pretty obvious we have the mental capacity to do so…):

  1. 1`Beware of false memories. Keep in mind this is a human phenomena and can happen to any of us.
  2. Question how much was a sense of feeling “special”? I mean, we were/are but we need to not let that go to our heads.
  3. Different schools likely had different programs. Similarly, things likely changed over time. It would be logical to say we didn’t all go through the same exact experiences.

For many of us our participation in these programs was a VERY long time ago and our memories would already be cloudy, even if it wasn’t for the weirdness we all recall. We need to keep level heads and focus on our OWN memories.

And, yes. You are still special. Don’t let it go to your head.
